ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now extending the application to interested candidates who would apply for the role of Corporate Lending PMO to join our Service Delivery Division. The candidate must be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital transformation profession who would work closely with our Division Manager and (internal / external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our services.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the quality of a PMO professional who will have a proven track record in planning, coordination, and management of large-scale banking projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. You would also work closely with the client’s internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relate to quality or process improvements.

Key Area of Responsibilities (KAR):

    • Project Planning & Execution:
      • Develop detailed project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timeline, and deliverables.
      • Coordinate and manage the execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
      • Identify and manage dependencies between tasks and across project work streams to ensure successful delivery.
    • Team Collaboration & Coordination:
      • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including IT specialists, business analysts, and external vendors.
      • Assign tasks, set expectations, and monitor progress to ensure that project milestones are achieved.
      • Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring all members have clear roles and responsibilities.
    • Stakeholder Management:
      • Engage with business leaders, project sponsors, and other stakeholders to define project goals and objectives.
      • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and changes.
      • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or concerns as they arise.
    • Risk & Issue Management:
      • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and outcomes.
      • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges or changes.
    • Project Monitoring & Reporting:
      • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from the original plan.
      • Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
      • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, timelines, risk logs, and issue trackers.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.
      • Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure project success.
      • Review and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for IT projects.
    • Continuous Improvement:
      • Contribute to improving the organization’s project management processes, tools, and techniques.
      • Share lessons learned from completed projects to help refine best practices and improve future project outcomes.
      • Encourage a culture of learning and process optimization within the project management team.
    • Any other duties related to this role.

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Extensive PMO experience in core banking projects, trade finance projects or corporate lending projects.
  • Proven ability to lead PMO tasks independently.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT project management or a related role in Corporate Banking (Trade Finance, Lending, CASA, Payment) field.
    • Proven experience in managing IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, or system implementation.
    • Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
    • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue identification and resolution.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Certifications:
      • PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or other relevant project management certifications.
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Familiarity with Corporate Banking systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, or enterprise applications.
    • Tools:
      • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Office Tools, Jira, Confluence, or others.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly capable and meticulous Quality Assurance Lead (QAL) to spearhead the quality assurance and testing efforts for a middleware system migration project. This role is essential to ensure the quality, accuracy, and readiness of the integrated system components and business processes across the full lifecycle of the project, which includes integration with various systems and a Business Process Management (BPM) tool. The QAL shall have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in software testing and quality assurance management (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent) to effectively manage the testing process. Familiar with Tosca Tricentis QA tool is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in test leadership, a strong foundation in software QA methodologies, and excellent documentation skills. Candidates with added Business Analysis (BA) capabilities will be viewed favorably.

  • Lead the full lifecycle of System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring alignment with defined requirements.
  • Create and manage detailed test plans covering testing strategy, scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Design comprehensive test cases with clear objectives, data inputs, execution steps, and expected results, ensuring traceability to system requirements.
  • Set up and manage realistic and reliable test environments that reflect the project landscape.
  • Oversee test execution across functional, non-functional, regression, performance, and load testing domains.
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability between test cases and project requirements to confirm comprehensive coverage.
  • Manage the complete defect lifecycle, ensuring timely logging, prioritization, escalation, tracking, and resolution.
  • Review and validate key testing deliverables such as test plans, test results, and requirement traceability matrices with project stakeholders.
  • Deliver data-driven test progress reports including defect summaries, test completion status, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure robust documentation practices throughout the testing process.
  • Any other duties related to this role.

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance leadership roles within IT projects.
  • Professional certification in quality assurance/testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing SIT and UAT phases in complex IT projects.
  • Strong skills in planning, documenting, executing, and reporting on software testing activities.
  • Solid understanding of middleware architecture, systems integration, and BPM tools.
  • Proficiency with QA tools (Tosca Tricentis), test management systems, and defect tracking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving and quality control.
  • Prior experience or competency in Business Analysis (BA) is considered a plus.
  • Strong communications skills to handle impromptu requests.
  • Meticulous and attentive to details.
