ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now extending the application to interested candidates who would apply for the role of Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Service Delivery Division and BD & Marketing Division. The candidate must be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital transformation profession who would work closely with our Directors and (internal / external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our services.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the quality of an Architect who is savvy in providing technical solutions to our clients. You would also work closely with the client’s project development team and internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relates to quality or process improvements.

Candidate is also responsible to ensure that the daily activities are in compliance with Braindge’s Credo and business policies. He/she reports to the Team Manager and carry out leading functions of the department.

 
 
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Oversee and coordinate on the development and maintenance of software applications and systems within an organization.
  • Plan and manage software development projects and ensuring that they are completed on time within given budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of software developers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve project goals.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, and translate those requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
  • Able to conceptualize, present and articulate software application features and benefits to customers and partners.
  • Manage, provides guidance and instruction to team members.
  • Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring that software applications are thoroughly tested and meet the required standards.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in software development methodologies and technologies and share this knowledge with the team.
  • Prepare and manage the software development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet project goals.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, ensuring that the organization gets the best value from their software investments.
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Conceptualize and outline new processes for future digital advancement opportunities.
  • Work with Chief Marketing Officer/Chief AI Solutions Officer to engage clients to present, demonstrate, elicit, clarify and understand their needs that will lead to sales.
  • Deepen and expand Company’s knowledge and expertise in the use of rapid application development tools and technologies, especially those which are organisational partners.
  • Well-versed and familiar with technology trends, developments and methodologies to develop proposals, solutions and make recommendations to customers.
  • Work with Project Teams, Vendors, Clients and Partners to determine scope and project costings for Solution proposals.
  • All other duties with related to this role.

 

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in commerce, banking or finance related field, preferably in Big-4 firms.
  • Degree IT or Computer Science (advantage).
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge to grasp client’s business needs during appointment.
  • Expertise in C#, Python and Java development.
  • Expertise in mobile app development such as Flutter, Xamarin.
  • Skills in Low Code / No Code is a must.
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-national internal/external stakeholders.
  • Experience in handling Pre-sales, Project Management, Technical Lead and Solution Architect related roles.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese language to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
  • Possess leadership quality and the ability to remain calm in unforeseen situations.
  • Strong team management skills with ability to lead, coach and mentor a team of IT consultants.
  • Strong communications skills to handle impromptu requests.
  • Meticulous and attentive to details.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under stress.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the quality of a Developer who is savvy in providing technical solutions to our clients. You would also work closely with the client’s project development team and internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relates to quality or process improvements.

 

Candidate is also responsible to ensure that the daily activities are in compliance with Braindge’s Credo and business policies. He/she reports to the developer lead and carry out leading functions of the department.

 
 
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and understand automation requirements.
  • Analyse and document existing processes to provide technical opinions on the impact analysis of the project to the automation software.
  • Undertake a consultant role to provide the resolution to the impacted system and to identify opportunities to propose new solution to covers the gaps.
  • Develop detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.
  • Manage expectation and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders, customers, and project team members to explain technical design.
  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, or development language like python, PHP to automate business processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and understand automation requirements.
  • Create and maintain software robots that mimic human actions within various applications.
  • Debug and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure optimal performance.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with other applications and databases.
  • Support on software development projects outside of RPA when required, contributing to the overall development efforts of the team.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments. 
  • Be transparent with the team about challenges, gaps, and achievements.
  • Work on increasing the productivity of the team and minimise downtime.

 

Project Reporting

  • Track all project deliverables, identify dependencies, risks and issues, and escalate to the project manager.
  • Provide regular updates to the project manager and managements.
  • All other duties with related to this role.

 

Basic requirements:

  • Flexible and adaptable to the changes from client requests and various work settings.
  • Adhere to all client’s project, company guidelines and standards.
  • Knowledge and experience in IT related project using waterfall and agile methodology.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within developer function.
  • Proficient in MS Access database (Union, Pass-through, Macro and Modules). 
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Dashboard, Pivot Table, Macro and VLOOKUP). 
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, PHP, with additional skills in other languages considered a plus (such as Java, JavaScript, J2EE, HTML5, JS, and ReactJS).
  • Proven experience with RPA software platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Knowledge of Data Migration, Project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT changes on ISO20022 implementation
  • Good to have experience in ISO20022 implementation and data mapping.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, databases, and APIs.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications in RPA technologies are a plus.
  • Proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under stress.
  • Conversant in English and Chinese language to liaise with stakeholders.
  • A team player willing to take ownership of an opportunity and hands on every aspect of the job.
